Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or custom products may not be eligible for return (these exclusions will be clearly marked on product pages).

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. If you need to exchange for the same product, please contact us.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
